ORA-17447: OALL8 is in an inconsistent state

This error is raised by the JDBC/thin driver when any error occurs during the protocol exchange between the driver and the database. This error is not specific to a particular event happening on the database server side or the driver side but rather an unexpected situation during the communication processing. This error is deemed fatal. The recommended handling of this error is to close the connection (if possible) and acquire a new connection. In that sense, this error can be processed like a stale connection.
We are using 11g oracle latest drivers. But still we are getting the same
ORA-17447: OALL8 is in an inconsistent state along with protocol violation error.
Please guide to me to fix this issue.
